Introduction
We are two individuals who have over 50 years of business experience between us. One has a corporate background of over 30 years running regions in Food Retail, with hands-on experience in Product, Operations, Project Management and Planning.
The other is a Creative Independent Operator of Food and Drink operations. Having delivered over a dozen projects working with local and national supply chains serving and engaging in local communities.
Between us we have been a part of business setup, startup, growth and and operational growth. We also have hands-on experience of failure, redundancy, insolvency and trading in negative circumstances.
Our wide network of contacts can be brought on board to bring formality, development and advice to support discussions and deliver actions to ensure continuity of business momentum.

LEMORA started with two people and more than fifty years of combined experience — one from three decades in corporate food retail across product, operations and planning; the other an independent creative who's delivered dozens of food and drink projects with local and national suppliers. We kept seeing the same thing from both sides: good businesses held back by the things no one has time to fix. So we joined forces to help owners and operators tackle exactly that.
